The spacious room was complemented by a lavish breakfast buffet featuring a diverse selection, though the bathroom door lock was faulty and there was a lack of bedside plugs for charging devices.

No bells, no whistles, just facts
A vast establishment with an aesthetically pleasing lobby but rooms that don’t match the grandeur. Nicely spacious rooms, yet the air conditioning controls are unwieldy, and the bed was overly firm. Enjoyable staff interaction was a highlight, but it’s still a mixed bag overall. Conveniently located near a 24/7 store.

Great stay for a layover!
We were just passing through town and needed a spot for the night. The staff were super friendly and helpful, really made us feel welcome. Plus, the location is clutch—just a short walk to the shopping area. The breakfast had some yummy options too! Only thing was the bathroom coulda used a better cleaning. Overall, solid place.

The hotel is super close to the MBK Center, which made shopping a breeze for my family and sister. We also loved how accommodating the staff were. they really went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable.
For dads, it would be great if the rooms were a bit updated.

My stay at the hotel exceeded expectations! The spacious room felt like a cozy retreat, and the staff’s friendliness made all the difference. Although the pool didn’t get much sun, everything else was lovely, especially the convenient location for shopping.

The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating throughout my time. I appreciated the big and clean room, though the hotel itself felt dated. The pool area lacked sun due to the building's design, and the gym incurred an unexpected charge, which is unusual for most hotels. A convenient store nearby was a plus, but it was challenging to find restaurants or bars within walking distance, requiring taxi rides at inflated prices.

The Twin Towers provided an impressive lobby and professional staff who handled my check-in efficiently. The room was spacious and well-equipped for my work needs, featuring reliable Wi-Fi and a comfortable workspace. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including fresh fruits and pastries, which were perfect for kick-starting my busy day.
The location was somewhat lacking, with limited nearby attractions.

The Twin Towers Hotel impressed me with its stunning lobby and architecture. The design is truly beautiful. The staff greeted me warmly and the check-in was quick and efficient. My room, however, fell short of expectations. It felt outdated and had cramped furnishings. The mattress wasn’t comfortable at all, which made getting a good night's sleep difficult. The bathroom cleanliness also left something to be desired. I noticed stains around the tub and the shower didn’t have great water pressure. Breakfast was decent, offering a range of options, but nothing truly stood out. It was frustrating that there was no safe in the room, making me uneasy about my valuables. Fortunately, there’s a 7-11 nearby for quick snacks, and some local food stalls in the evening, which was a plus. The hotel’s location is okay, but not very close to major attractions. I wish the room matched the lobby’s elegance and had better maintenance overall.
